Enkel Health offers screening blood tests and a place to keep your own results over time. It is screening, not a diagnosis.
Enkel Health does not monitor your results or contact you about them. If you feel unwell or have a question about a result, contact 1177 or your care provider. For an emergency, call 112.
You can upload your own past blood-test documents, and the values are read so you can track them. These are your own records. We do not verify them, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload. They are kept separate from your Enkel Health results.
What you see for uploaded results is information only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a recommendation to do anything. If any wording ever reads like a suggestion to act, it is not one. For any health decision, speak to a doctor.
Results from tests you buy from Enkel Health are reviewed by a doctor who writes a note; that is included in the price. Results you upload yourself are not interpreted. If you want to go through them with a doctor, you can book a doctor consultation (20 minutes, priced at checkout); that consultation is the only place uploaded results are interpreted for you.

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before your sample is collected. A blood test is a service, so once your sample has been taken, analysis has begun, or your results have been produced, the test has been used and is no longer refundable. This goes beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal that also applies to your order under Swedish distance-selling law.
Your referral is valid for 90 days from the day we issue it. Give your blood sample at a collection point, by drop-in or appointment, within those 90 days. If no sample is given in time, the referral expires and the test is forfeited. Expired tests are not refundable.
If a blood draw fails for a technical reason, we arrange a new one at no extra cost, or refund that test. Refunds go to your original payment method without undue delay, and within 14 days at the latest. To cancel, email hello@precurahealth.com with your order number.
A booked consultation can be rescheduled or cancelled from your account up to 24 hours before the booked time. Closer to the time, email hello@precurahealth.com. The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act applies from the purchase, but not to a consultation that has already taken place.

Do not rely on Enkel Health for medical decisions. It is a screening and record-keeping service, not a substitute for care from a clinician.
